With a diverse business professional background including 24 successful years as a Senior Loan Officer and 15 years as a Private Business entrepreneur, David Rubin is highly experienced in the loan industry. A real team player, David works for a loyal client base and is focused on delivering the high-touch service needed to close escrows on time.

Known for his excellent communication, David helps his clients with their refinancing and home purchase transactions through the fast-paced, ever-evolving lending environment. He is thorough, collecting all necessary documents to facilitate the transaction from start to finish, and puts the same attention to detail on every file regardless of the loan amount.

David keeps his clients informed with industry update newsletters and routine phone calls to touch base and maintain strong lifelong relationships, even after their transaction has closed.

Having worked in Real Estate and Loans since the age of 15, Brandon Rubin has years of experience guiding people with their homes and finances. Taking after his father, Brandon’s main goal is helping others and seeing them succeed in their goals.

Brandon has worked in a variety of capacities within the Mortgage industry. Part of his career was working as IT Manager for a mortgage banker. Known as The Wizard, Brandon has always used excellent organization and deep knowledge to see each loan through the process.
